Juliana VeekSeptember 10, 2024A great experience so far with Evergreen Solar! Brandi Madera has been nothing but thorough, honest, and laid back when it comes to discussing solar options with us. Normally laid-back is not a phrase I would use to describe a good experience, but in this case it is everything. She has never once been pushy or overbearing, as some of her competitors have been. I have found that when you know the technology and you can account for every part of the process - that will speak for itself. I love her attention to detail and patience. She emailed me multiple times with anything I asked of her, went through quotes and data twice or three times to make sure I completely understood and she explained all the technology and imaging they use to provide an accurate "guesstimation" of our solar production. We have not had the panels installed yet - and I sincerely hope to make a second 5 star review - but I am so impressed by Brandi and the company as a whole. I suggest you call and ask to speak with her before going with any one else.

He took the time to meet with us and go over every step of the project, and was willing to take any additional phone call to answer any other questions I had. This has been a seamless process, our panels look great, and we are so happy with how everything has been handled!

The job was a bit held up by the Boston Permitting Process, however, my project representative, Vanessa Demello, was extremely communicative throughout the entire process and helped push the project through to completion by tracking down equipment with longer lead times. I would highly recommend her and Evergreen Solar!

I was pleased with how Brandi did not try to "sell" me anything; she educated me on the solar program that Evergreen Solar provides. It was clear from the start that my house and the amount of sun available would be the driver to go with a solar plan or not. Once it was determined that solar was a positive option for my energy needs, Brandi walked me through the process in a honest and knowledgeable manor. My wife and I are pleased to be moving forward with Evergreen. Thank you Brandi
S AAugust 25, 2024I did receive multiple quotes on solar but Evergreen Solar was my choice. I thought the process of getting a new roof and solar was going to be stressful but Evergreen Solar made it easy. Dave Cole was my sales person, he was there every step of the way to answer all my questions. Even came to my house the day panels were installed to check on things. My experience with Evergreen Solar has been great and I would recommend them to friends and family!
