I would definitely recommend Evergreen Solar to anyone looking to make the transition into solar. The whole process from initial consultation to installation was efficient, informative and well communicated by everyone involved. We were very pleased at how the company kept us informed each step of the way so we knew what to expect and when and the crew who installed our panels was friendly and professional. Also the panels look great on the roof! They are very streamlined and blend seamlessly with the rest of the roof design! Extremely happy with Evergreen Solar, from the 1st email looking to speak to someone to installation.  The representative Rich that came to my house June 4, 2024 went above and beyond.  He was very honest and I never felt pressured. Rich is extremely knowledgeable about solar energy and everything that goes along with it!  His communication is exceptional!!  My panels were installed today, July 23, 2024.  There was communication on every step of the process.  They schedule the site visit, they pull permits and set up inspections, let me choose the installation date.  5 guys showed up on time this morning and were done with the entire installation by noon.  They were extremely courteous and explained what they were going to do.  When finished, they explained the next stages of inspection and activation!  I can’t say enough good about Evergreen Solar. This company was absolutely great from start to finish although they couldn't finish the job the Reason was not their fault. Power company advised that transformer could no longer handle additional power load which is no fault to the company. I did a LOT of research into all of our solar options through many companies far and wide! Our house is ALL electric and faces south but we needed a new roof and upgraded electrical to support solar. I was looking forward to working with this company due to their good rating. They made two phone appointments and blew me off both times. What a waste of my time.

Edit: I was contacted the next day by Customer Service Manager, Patrick. He apologized and assured me this is not how Evergreen Solar does business. I met with a solar consultant who answered questions and supplied me with quotes. No a high pressure sales.
